Product Head of Product Operations and AI Transformation at SecurityScorecard

Leads product operations end-to-end, managing data metrics, storytelling, and processes across engineering, design, and GTM teams while scaling AI workflows.

Lead Posted about 7 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About SecurityScorecard:

SecurityScorecard is the global leader in cybersecurity ratings, with over 12 million companies continuously rated, operating in 64 countries. Founded in 2013 by security and risk experts Dr. Alex Yampolskiy and Sam Kassoumeh and funded by world-class investors, SecurityScorecard’s patented rating technology is used by over 25,000 organizations for self-monitoring, third-party risk management, board reporting, and cyber insurance underwriting; making all organizations more resilient by allowing them to easily find and fix cybersecurity risks across their digital footprint.

Headquartered in New York City, our culture has been recognized by Inc Magazine as a “Best Workplace,” by Crain’s NY as a “Best Places to Work in NYC,” and as one of the 10 hottest SaaS startups in New York for two years in a row. Most recently, SecurityScorecard was named to Fast Company’s annual list of the World’s Most Innovative Companies for 2023 and to the Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces in 2023 award recognizing “forward-thinking employers for their unwavering commitment to employee engagement.” SecurityScorecard is proud to be funded by world-class investors including Silver Lake Waterman, Moody’s, Sequoia Capital, GV and Riverwood Capital.

About the Team:

SecurityScorecard runs an unusually fast product org — ~120 in Engineering, a roadmap that re-prioritizes weekly, and a culture where the question isn’t “can we build it in two months” but “how do we do it in five days?” Product Operations is the operating system that lets that speed scale without flying blind.

We’re hiring a leader to own Product Ops end-to-end and run it as a three-pillar function: Data, Stories, and Process. This person inherits a mature, AI-native operation and is expected to push it further.

You’ll be the connective tissue between PMs, Engineering, Design, GTM, Finance, and the board reporting line. You break bottlenecks, you instrument everything, and you’re already prototyping the next AI workflow before anyone asks forit.

About the Role:

Data & Product Metrics (obsessively)

  • The metrics source of truth: Threshold Score (customer health → board + Gainsight), engineering delivery metrics (Span/DORA, throughput, AI-code ratio via Sigma), product engagement & NPS methodology (Pendo Listen), and Product P&L inputs with Finance.
  • The Customer Insights data layer on Snowflake — AI-extracted pain points, feature requests, and verbatim quotes piped from call transcripts — and the persona-matching model against our maturity frame work.
  • You should itch when a roadmap call happens without the data behind it.

Programs, Reporting & Delivery (PMO)

  • The full delivery cadence: roadmap intake, Jira (PRODF) administration, R/Y/G milestone tracking, the Change Control Board (CCB), release-train sign-off, OKRs, and planning for ~120 people.
  • The weekly executive reporting stack (Joint Tech & Product update, Q2 Roadmap Exec Report, Engineering Weekly) and the quarterly board-paper KPI inputs and you’ll formalize these so they don’t live in one person’shead.

AI for Product Ops (the urgent mandate)

  • Inherit and extend a working library of Claude skills that already run this operation — weekly reporting, CCB recaps, customer-meeting research,
  • Pendo-feedback-to-roadmap matching, hiring protocols, release-notes ROI framing wired across systems such as Jira, Confluence, Pendo, Snowflake, Slack, GDrive.
  • Become the org’s go-to for AI/agentic product-ops tooling (today an informal role across Product, CS, and Marketing) and turn ad-hoc magic into durable, documented capability. This is where we want urgency and excitement, not caution.

Cross-functional forums & GTM

  • Run the forums that keep the org aligned: Product Court (GTM Product roadmap triage), Bar Raisers (work-quality review), and the monthly product-org meeting.
  • Partner on pricing & packaging (Titan Secure/Assess), the annual Pricebook, vendor management (Pendo, Sigma, Span, FullStory, Heap), and strategic customer/roadmap c alls.

Who you are

  • A brick-wall breaker. You see a blocker and go through it smart, allergic to “that’s how we’ve always done it.” We reward bias to action.
  • Impatient (yet personable/friendly) , in the best way. You compress timelines and force decisions (Pendo/Heap consolidation, release sign-offs, planning logistics) without burning the team out. You thrive in constant re-planning and design work to be incremental and portable.
  • Metrics-obsessed. You think in cohorts, leading indicators, and ROI. You can build the dashboard and tell the story it implies — to a PM and to the board.
  • Genuinely AI-forward. You’ve shipped AI/LLM workflows into how work gets done, not just talked about it. You’ll walk in excited to scale our Claude-native operation.
  • A CPTO/PM force-multiplier. You give senior PMs leverage, not overhead, and you operate as a true partner to the CPTO and the co-founders.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years in Product Operations, PMO, or product/program leadership — including building or scaling a Product Ops function in a fast B2B SaaS org (cybersecurity a plus).
  • Run delivery cadence across a multi-PM / multi-squad org; deep Jira fluency.
  • Hands-on use of AI/automation to change how product work gets done.
  • Fluent across the modern product stack: Pendo, Sigma/Snowflake-backed BI, Span (or DORA tooling), Jira, Confluence.
  • NYC-based and comfortable in a high-velocity, high-accountability culture — you set the pace, you don’t wait for it.
  • You need to be fluent in Claude and other AI tools. If you are not, please do not apply.

How you’ll fit at SecurityScorecard

We value urgency, ownership, and people who’d rather break the wall than file a ticket about it — the same instinct behind “do it in five days” and forums like Product Court. There’s a real, healthy tension here between speed and operating maturity; your job is to add the maturity without killing the speed. If reading this made you impatient to start fixing things that’s a great signal.

Benefits:

Specific to each country, we offer a competitive salary, stock options, Health benefits, and unlimited PTO, parental leave, tuition reimbursements, and much more!

The estimated total compensation range for this position is $325,000 - $350,000 (base plus bonus). Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications and experience, and may vary from the range. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards and equity, among other company benefits.

SecurityScorecard is committed to Equal Employment Opportunity and embraces diversity. We believe that our team is strengthened through hiring and retaining employees with diverse backgrounds, skill sets, ideas, and perspectives. We make hiring decisions based on merit and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex or gender (including pregnancy) gender identity or expression (including transgender status), sexual orientation, age, marital, veteran, disability status or any other protected category in accordance with applicable law.

We also consider qualified applicants regardless of criminal histories, in accordance with applicable law. We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities in our job application procedures. If you need assistance or accommodation due to a disability, please contact talentacquisitionoperations@securityscorecard.io.

Any information you submit to SecurityScorecard as part of your application will be processed in accordance with the Company’s privacy policy and applicable law.

SecurityScorecard does not accept unsolicited resumes from employment agencies. Please note that we do not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.

You’ll also lead and support a team of accounting professionals, helping build a high-performing culture rooted in accountability, continuous learning, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

This full-time role reports to the Assistant Controller and can be filled by anyone in Canada, but there is an expectation to work closely with our UK team so Eastern working hours are preferred.

Financial Ownership & Accountability

  • Act as a key accounting owner for Certn’s global financial results, ensuring financial activities are accurately reflected and aligned with accounting policies and standards.

  • Ensure accurate and timely cash flow reconciliations and analysis are completed monthly.

  • Partner closely with the Assistant Controller to validate and explain regional financial data for consolidation and leadership reporting.

  • Proactively identify and resolve accounting issues, discrepancies, or risks.

  • Uphold IFRS, regional GAAP, and internal accounting policy requirements across global activities.

  • Support external audits by owning reconciliations, preparing documentation, and responding to audit-related inquiries.

  • Provide useful insight into global financial performance by connecting operational activity to financial outcomes.

  • Recommend and implement improvements that increase accuracy, control, and scalability across accounting practices.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and support a high-performing global accounting team through day-to-day guidance and technical oversight.

  • Set clear team goals and expectations aligned with Finance and company priorities.

  • Provide coaching, feedback, and support for performance management and career development.

  • Build a collaborative, accountable, and growth-oriented team culture.

  • Promote continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing across the team.

Strategic Financial Oversight & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Finance and FP&A teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and planning through timely and accurate actuals.

  • Contribute to the development of scalable financial policies and accounting processes that support Certn’s growth.

  • Deliver data-informed insights and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen decision-making.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the financial impact of business activities is accurately captured.

  • Support preparation for board reporting, investor communications, and strategic finance initiatives by providing reliable financial data.

Compliance, Tax & External Partnerships

  • Manage timely filing of GST, PST, Employer Health Tax, and other statutory remittances in accordance with regional requirements.

  • Experience with ERP or accounting systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage, or similar tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially when reconciling data and identifying financial discrepancies.

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end month-end activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, adjustments, and reporting deadlines.

  • Experience preparing full sets of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

  • Strong understanding of supporting schedules such as deferred revenue, prepaid expenses, intercompany accounts, and FX revaluations.

  • Practical experience preparing or reviewing indirect tax filings and statutory submissions.

  • Comfort working with auditors, tax advisors, external accounting firms, or regulatory bodies.

  • We give real feedback and hold each other to high standards.

AI in Our Culture

We’re AI enthusiasts. From Ops to Legal, Product to People & Culture, we use AI to move faster, make smarter decisions, and build better experiences.

Sales Sr. Sales Manager at steercom - Key Message. Delivered.

Leads and develops sales teams (BDRs and AEs) while owning pipeline generation and revenue conversion targets in SaaS automotive software.

Lead Hybrid Posted about 7 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Steer offers a suite of software tools for today’s automotive repair shop. We combine a mix of software tools that a repair shop needs to run a highly profitable shop, in one user-friendly, cost-effective platform. Through the Steer suite, we allow the shop owner to get back to focusing on what matters, and to stop worrying about marketing and customer retention.

Steer began as an online directory for drivers to find a local mechanic. Fast forward to today, Steer has launched a complete Customer Relationship Management (CRM) marketing suite, complete with text messaging, email automation, direct mail integration, reputation management, appointment reminders, declined/recommended services, and many other features. We are always innovating and we are proud to be a leader in the automotive repair industry.  In August 2024 Steer acquired AutoOps - the leader in modern, intelligent, and fully integrated scheduling software for auto repair shops. AutoOps allows customers to smoothly schedule through a shop’s website and Google Business Profile.

About The Role

Steer is building one of the fastest-growing GTM engines in automotive SaaS, and we’re looking for a Sr. Sales Manager to lead from the front. This is a high-impact leadership role sitting at the intersection of pipeline generation and revenue conversion — you’ll own both the BDR and AE motion, or come in strong on one side with a genuine hunger to master both.

This is a hands-on job. You’ll be listening to calls, coaching in real time, running blitzes, and building a team that wants to get better every day. You know the math of sales, you coach off data, and you’re interested in how AI tools can make your reps sharper and faster.

We measure success three ways: rooftops added, MRR grown, and the success of your reps.

This role is hybrid, 3 days per week in our Waltham, MA office, and reports to our Head of Sales.

You Will:

  • Lead & Develop the Team: Hire, onboard, and develop strong BDR and AE talent. Build a culture of accountability, learning, and high performance. Track rep progression and create clear paths from BDR to AE.
  • Coach With Data: Use activity metrics, conversion rates, connect rates, and pipeline data to pinpoint where each rep needs to improve. Run daily and weekly call reviews, role-plays, and live coaching sessions.
  • Own the Full Funnel: Partner with BDRs on prospecting quality and handoffs, and with AEs on demo execution and close rates. Connect top-of-funnel activity to revenue outcomes.
  • Build & Maintain the Playbook: Working with Sales Enablement, create and keep updating the Sales Playbook covering prospecting, cold calling, objection handling, and closing in our vertical.
  • Use AI Tools: Bring AI into your team’s workflow where it helps, whether that’s call intelligence, outreach personalization, pipeline forecasting, or rep coaching.
  • Operate Strategically: Work with Marketing, RevOps, and Sales Leadership to align the team with company priorities. Deliver accurate forecasts and performance data. Own monthly and quarterly pipeline targets.

You Have:

Must Have

  • 3–5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2+ years in a sales management role
  • Experience managing BDRs, AEs, or both, or strong experience on one side and readiness to own the full funnel
  • A player-coach mentality. You lead by example and will pick up the phone to show a rep how it’s done
  • A data-driven coaching approach. You know your conversion rates, activity benchmarks, and where each rep is winning or losing
  • Strong communication. You give direct feedback with empathy and explain complex strategies clearly
  • Comfort with ambiguity. You build process where none exists and don’t wait to be told what to do next
  • Familiarity with or interest in bringing AI tools into sales workflows

Nice to Have

  • Experience in automotive, SMB, or blue-collar verticals
  • Track record of promoting BDRs into closing roles
  • Experience with high-velocity, short-cycle sales motions (2–3 day deal cycles)
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and Nooks

Interview Process

  1. Initial Screen (Lead Recruiter) - 30 min
  2. Hiring Manager Interview (Sales Manager) - 45 min
  3. Career Journey/Problem Solving Exercise (Head of People)- 60 min
  4. Presentation (Sales Manager, Account Executive, CRO) - 60 min
  5. Reference Checks

*We also require completion of the Wonderlic Assessment before the end of the process.  This is done independently and takes about 20-30min.

We Offer

  • Medical, Dental and Vision insurance within 30 days
  • 100% employer-paid medical insurance
  • Equity package
  • Flexible PTO with 15 days minimum
  • Generous Parental Leave
  • FSA and HSA options
  • 401(k)
  • Learning Stipend
  • WFH Equipment
  • Chance to work with the latest technology
  • A collaborative, high ownership culture
  • Opportunities for development and career growth

Why Join Steer? At Steer, we align our mission of transforming the auto repair experience for shop owners and their customers with your passion for growth, innovation, and excellence.

Here, you’ll find opportunities to expand your skills, take on career-shaping challenges, and contribute to the future of the auto repair industry, all while enjoying comprehensive benefits and flexible work arrangements to support your well-being.

Join Steer to be part of a forward-thinking, flexible, and collaborative culture where you are empowered to do meaningful and impactful work.

We value diversity and believe that forming teams in which everyone can be their authentic self is key to our success. We welcome applications from those with diverse backgrounds and industries.

What’s unique about this job?

This is a senior leadership opportunity to build and shape an accounting function within a growing, internationally operating company. You’ll have real ownership over financial strategy, team development, and process improvement — while collaborating directly with executive leadership to drive business performance.

  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to support business decisions.

  • Oversee all accounting transactions, ensuring accurate recording, categorization, and coding of financial data
  • Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial records.
  • Ensure all supporting documentation is properly maintained and attached to corresponding transactions.
  • Establish and maintain efficient accounting processes and procedures.
  • Supervise month-end and year-end closing activities.

Cash Management, Reconciliations & Accounts Payable

  • Oversee bank, credit card, and cash reconciliations across all accounts.
  • Review reconciliations to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Manage accounts payable processes, including vendor payments and approval workflows.
  • Monitor cash flow and support treasury management activities.

Team Leadership & Process Improvement

  • Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff and support team members.
  • Establish performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and guidance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting efficiency, and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support operational and financial objectives.

Compliance, Audit & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international financial regulations.
  • Coordinate external audits and serve as the primary point of contact for auditors.
  • Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation.
  • Implement and maintain strong internal controls to mitigate financial risk.
  • Ensure compliance with tax, payroll, and regulatory reporting requirements.

Client & Stakeholder Support

  • Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, banks, auditors, and external partners regarding financial matters.

It doesn’t hurt if you also have:

  • Experience managing multi-entity and multi-currency accounting environments.

What this role involves

Position Title: Lead Business Applications Engineer (NY)

Entity: KBRA Holdings, LLC

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: New York, New York

Summary/Overview:

Kroll Bond Rating Agency, Inc. (KBRA) is seeking an experienced, hands-on Lead Business Applications Engineer to lead and evolve its global Business Applications function. This role will carry primary responsibility for managing the Business Applications Team (currently 2 engineers), overseeing KBRA’s SaaS application ecosystem, and driving the strategic development and evolution of the function.

This is a highly hands-on technical leadership role. The ideal candidate will not only lead initiatives and mentor engineers, but also actively participate in the day-to-day administration, support, integration, troubleshooting, and optimization of KBRA’s enterprise applications environment. This individual will be expected to bring forward-thinking leadership to modernize and scale the Business Applications practice while remaining deeply involved in operational execution and technical decision-making across the organization’s SaaS platforms and integrations.

The role is based in New York City and will require a minimum of three on-site days per week (Tuesday–Thursday), with flexibility on remaining days. You are expected to participate in a team on-call rotation as well. Occasional travel to other offices may be required based on operational and project needs.

About the Job:

You will build, maintain, support, and lead the management of KBRA’s SaaS environments and enterprise application ecosystem. This role requires a strong technical operator who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves and directly handling application administration, troubleshooting, integrations, upgrades, deployments, user support escalations, and platform optimization efforts.

You will be responsible for both strategic leadership and hands-on execution across KBRA’s business application platforms, driving operational excellence, lifecycle management, automation, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role will own the continued management and integration of SaaS applications across KBRA, including SSO, entitlements, identity management, security integrations, governance, and user access processes. You will work directly within these systems on a daily basis while partnering closely with Information Security, Infrastructure, Endpoint Engineering, Desktop Support, and Product teams to ensure SaaS platforms remain secure, stable, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

You will also play a key leadership role in larger enterprise SaaS implementations and platform initiatives, including both strategic oversight and hands-on implementation support for systems such as CMS, DMS, Box, Zoom, Slack, Atlassian Suite, and other enterprise productivity and collaboration platforms. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and the Product organization around implementation of new features, enhancements, integrations, and adoption strategies.

In addition, you will establish stronger ownership and governance around application lifecycle management, including software version control, upgrade planning, application standardization, testing, and deployment coordination. While the Endpoint Engineering team will remain responsible for deployment mechanisms and tooling, this role will own application-level governance, including determining approved versions, rollout strategy, compatibility management, testing coordination, and user/application assignment standards.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys balancing leadership responsibilities with technical execution and is comfortable serving as both an escalation point and a primary contributor on critical initiatives. You will help shape the future direction of the Business Applications function by identifying opportunities for automation, process improvement, modernization, and better operational scalability.

This role requires a proactive, highly technical leader who can elevate the team, improve service delivery, and build a mature, forward-thinking enterprise applications practice while remaining actively engaged in the day-to-day engineering and operational work.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Managing and mentoring the Business Applications team
  • Acting as a senior technical escalation point for Enterprise Applications support issues
  • Performing hands-on administration and support across SaaS platforms and integrations
  • Performing routine audits, upgrades, testing, and health checks across SaaS platforms
  • Troubleshooting complex application, authentication, and integration issues
  • Managing vendor relationships and SaaS renewals
  • Driving platform reliability, uptime, security, and operational best practices
  • Leading cross-functional collaboration for enterprise application initiatives
  • Developing standards, documentation, operational procedures, and governance processes for application management
  • Coordinating closely with Endpoint Engineering on application deployments, updates, and software lifecycle management
  • Identifying opportunities for automation and operational efficiency improvements

About You:

You will be successful in this role if:

You can work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with minimal supervision. You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and proven leadership capabilities. You are highly analytical, solution-oriented, and capable of balancing strategic initiatives with deep hands-on technical responsibilities.

You are comfortable owning platforms end-to-end, troubleshooting complex issues, and directly contributing to engineering and operational work rather than functioning solely in a managerial capacity.

You should have working experience and familiarity with the following processes, technologies, and qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • 4–5 years of experience working in IT business/enterprise applications in a corporate environment required
  • Experience leading or mentoring technical teams
  • Strong hands-on experience administering SaaS and enterprise application environments
  • Computer Science degree/work experience or similar
  • Microsoft Office 365/Azure SSO management experience
  • Active Directory/Entra management experience
  • Strong understanding of Group Policy
  • Experience managing SaaS integrations, entitlements, identity governance, and access controls
  • Strong understanding of application lifecycle management, software version governance, testing, and deployment coordination
  • Strong understanding of basic networking/system troubleshooting
  • Strong understanding and experience with ticketing systems/escalation protocols
  • Vendor and project management experience
  • Experience leading or supporting enterprise SaaS implementations
  • Familiarity with security applications/processes
  • Experience troubleshooting authentication, access, and SaaS integration issues in enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, data insights, and general productivity is a plus.

Preferred:

  • Experience collaborating with Product, Infrastructure, Endpoint Engineering, and InfoSec teams
  • Experience with automation and scripting for SaaS/application administration
  • Zoom, Slack, Atlassian Products, Box, CMS, and DMS platform experience

Salary Range:

The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is$100,000 to $130,000. Offer amounts are determined by factors such as experience, skills, geography, and other job-related factors.

Engineer Staff Software Engineer at murmuration

Staff-level software engineer building civic engagement products and raising technical standards across the engineering organization.

Lead Posted about 7 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Who We Are

At Murmuration, we believe that America’s promise is shaped and reshaped by the best ideas and ideals of its communities, and the dreams of the people who believe in a better life for themselves, their families, and each other.

We help organizations build power in their communities in four key ways: we organize a network of values-aligned partners; we provide deep, data-driven insights into people, places, and perspectives; we develop tools that make organizing and engagement easy and more effective; and we offer services that strengthen our partners’ capacity to lead change in their communities.

We envision an America where every community has what it needs to help people lead healthy,

free, and dignified lives. We work to redesign the systems and structures we all depend on — how we learn, live, govern, and solve problems — so that they are just, equitable, resilient, and rooted in shared responsibility. By strengthening the ties that hold communities together, we aim for civic life defined by collective action and care, with effective leadership that truly represents everyone.

We are a collaborative, curious, and creative team of organizers, scientists, teachers, technologists, campaign veterans, and more who share the unwavering belief that we can use our gifts in service of transforming America — together.

We’ve built our team guided by the belief that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. And so we support each other relentlessly — rallying together to face challenges the same way we celebrate each other’s wins.

About the Position

Do you see yourself as a mission-driven engineer who believes that great products emerge from strong teams? Do you thrive in inclusive, thoughtful environments where engineers hold themselves to high standards of technical excellence, ownership, and impact at scale?

We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to contribute to one of our most ambitious efforts: building a new product from the ground up while raising the bar for how our entire engineering organization works.

Murmuration builds technology that helps our partner organizations strengthen civic engagement and organize more effectively in their communities. Our products weave together engagement, outreach, demographic, and voter data with intuitive applications that help partners better understand and act within the communities they serve. Our team is intentionally multidisciplinary and partner-focused. We succeed together by aligning planning, execution, and learning across engineering, product, design, research, data, and partner success. We build complex, data-driven systems that need to work reliably during critical moments, scale as our partners grow, and remain understandable and maintainable as communities and their needs evolve.

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will join the Explorer Team as we evolve the product

into general availability from its pilot implementation. Explorer is a data visualization product that facilitates political data exploration using interactive maps, charts, and exportable tables, supplemented by an NLP-powered search function.

On this small, close-knit team, you will establish the engineering patterns, operational foundations, and testing strategies needed to evolve Explorer into a secure, reliable, GA-ready platform. You and the team will build Explorer’s core platform and user experience, expanding a near-greenfield code base to design, build, and evolve secure backend services, interactive data visualizations, and responsive user interfaces. You will also produce high-quality documentation that improves knowledge sharing, onboarding, and the long-term maintainability of the product.

In addition to your Explorer work, you will serve as a staff engineer across multiple projects, applying your expertise to solving some of the organization’s most complex challenges.

This role is suited for a deeply experienced individual contributor whose technical judgment and engineering rigor raises the quality of deliverables across the entire organization. You excel in near-greenfield settings where product priorities and direction can shift rapidly. Your commitment to building inclusive, high-trust, high-performing teams is visible across the technology organization. And you believe, like we do, that how we build is just as important as  what we build.

Job Level: IC5

What You’ll Do

Drive to General Availability

  • Shape Explorer’s technical future: advise on technical priorities, dependencies, and complexity; propose and defend well-reasoned solutions with clear documentation of tradeoffs and alternatives;
  • Take a pilot implementation from limited release to general availability, including making early architectural decisions, validating technical assumptions, and iterating toward a scalable design;
  • Harden experimental systems for production readiness, including reliability, performance, observability, testing, and operational excellence;
  • Architect for the long term: design and build the systems and architectures that will serve Explorer for years, with scale, reliability, security, and maintainability as first-class concerns;
  • Improve and expand the existing code base: reinforce secure coding practices, identify vulnerabilities early, and treat data privacy and access control as first-class concerns;
  • Drive test strategy, proactively identify and address technical risks, and drive quality improvements at the team level; and
  • Reduce technical debt, improve system quality, and contribute to objectives that span the broader organization.

Elevate the Team

  • Resolve ambiguity, navigate requirements that are actively being shaped, and bring structure and clarity without waiting for perfect specs;
  • Establish best practices for test strategy, code quality, and system design; raise the technical bar across the organization through documentation, advocacy, and role modeling;
  • Mentor senior engineers and help emerging technical leads build the judgment, ownership, and skills to grow; lead technical discussions, drive design consensus, and model the standards you expect from others; and
  • Be like Ted Lasso: believe, build trust, and demonstrate kindness, empathy, optimism, curiosity, and vulnerability.

Lead Beyond Explorer

  • Set technical direction across teams beyond Explorer; own objectives that span multiple teams and align with division and organizational goals; drive the strategy, planning, decision-making, and execution needed to achieve them;
  • Lead significant initiatives spanning multiple teams and systems; align technical and non-technical stakeholders, communicate tradeoffs and risks clearly, and represent engineering in cross-organizational discussions and with product and leadership;
  • Champion secure coding practices at a systemic level, identify vulnerabilities across the product, and treat data privacy and access control as organization-wide concerns; and
  • Organize and lead incident response, involving the right people and delegating effectively; lead post-incident reviews including root cause analysis and clear prevention action items; follow through until learnings are shared and remediation is complete.

Technical Depth and Judgement

  • Deep, hands-on expertise across critical technical domains with the proven ability to lead system design, architectural patterns, and engineering best practices; your sound technical judgment shapes important decisions;
  • Experience with event-driven and asynchronous processing patterns; solid understanding of the tradeoffs among different event-driven architectures with the ability to defend one choice over the other;
  • Ability to reason across OLAP and OLTP data architectures and make sound design decisions for the systems that depend on them;
  • Comfort making sound decisions with imperfect information; able to design long-term architectures with scale, reliability, security, and maintainability as first-class concerns, and to clearly articulate tradeoffs and alternatives explored;
  • Ability to communicate and defend well-reasoned solutions through written documentation, sharing context, what alternatives were considered, and how conclusions were reached;
  • Be a proactive steward of technical quality, identifying and prioritizing technical debt, defining test strategy, and evaluating risk from bugs and architectural problems before they become blockers; and
  • Skill at debugging the most complex problems at any level of the stack; ability to drive effective post-incident reviews with clear timelines, root cause analysis, and actionable prevention plans.

Scope, Initiative, and Execution

  • Proven ability to lead technical strategy and execution for significant initiatives spanning multiple teams or systems, balancing quality, performance, and cost while keeping stakeholders aligned on tradeoffs and risks;
  • Proven experience in designing objectives aligned with division and organizational goals, anticipating technical challenges and proposing solutions before they become blockers;
  • Demonstrated experience in the estimation of large, cross-team projects with significant unknowns, including mitigation plans for resolving those unknowns, breaking work into milestones and iterations to reduce risk and deliver incremental value;
  • Proven strategies to involve the right people, delegate clearly, communicate consistently, and follow through as an owner until an objective is delivered; and
  • Ability to multiply team and engineering effectiveness through technical leadership, tooling, infrastructure, and process improvements.

Organizational Impact

  • A technical leader across multiple teams who can act without direct management responsibilities, influencing outcomes through role modeling, documentation, and advocacy rather than authority;
  • Demonstrated track record as a mentor to senior engineers with a proven ability to develop future technical leaders, building their judgment, ownership, and skills through 1:1 guidance and small-group knowledge sharing;
  • A driver of standards and best practices that raise the technical bar across the organization, creating processes that instill ownership behavior in others;
  • Ability to represent engineering effectively in cross-functional discussions, leading alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders on complex, multi-team initiatives; and
  • A leader by example, proactively sharing context and learnings, building POCs or prototypes where most cost-effective, and creating the kind of high-trust, high-performing team culture that makes everyone better.

What You Bring to the Table

Foundations

  • 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with demonstrated full-stack fluency and a track record of delivering in production across a variety of languages and technology stacks;
  • Experience taking a product from beta to general availability, navigating the operational, quality, and cross-functional demands of a production launch;
  • Experience driving secure coding practices, data privacy principles, and access control patterns as applied in production systems;
  • A test-driven mindset with experience writing, maintaining, and driving test strategy at the team or product level;
  • A track record of effective collaboration with product, data science, and R&D teams, bridging technical and domain-specific perspectives across disciplines.

Data

  • Solid foundation in relational databases, including PostgreSQL, writing fluent SQL, designing schemas, and reasoning about migrations and query performance;
  • Experience with analytical or columnar datastores (e.g., Apache Pinot, ClickHouse, BigQuery, etc.);
  • Experience working with modern data warehousing and transformation workflows powered by Snowflake and dbt;
  • Experience with data pipeline orchestration tools such as Dagster or Airflow with an understanding of scheduling, dependency management, and pipeline reliability;
  • Working knowledge of time series data modeling and its applications;
  • Experience with caching layers such as Redis and the ability to drive decisions about caching strategy as part of system design.

Infrastructure and Observability

  • Deep experience with cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, and production-grade software at scale; production experience with AWS, including services for compute, storage, and observability;
  • Proficiency with Docker, Make, or similar build tools, as well as environment scripting;
  • Direct experience with observability tooling: logging, metrics, and tracing using tools such as Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus, or Grafana.

Security

  • Experience driving secure coding practices, data privacy principles, and access control patterns as applied in production systems.

Emerging and Specialized

Project Management Delivery Lead at Ben Fatto

Leads engineering delivery through Kanban optimization, agentic AI workflow automation, and team accountability to drive on-time shipping and reduce manual process friction.

Lead Posted about 7 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Description

Ben Fatto looking for a delivery leadership, AI-augmented workflow orchestration, and team development. The Kanban / Agentic AI Task Master is accountable for managing the end-to-end flow of engineering work—from intake to delivery—while leveraging agentic AI tooling to increase throughput, reduce friction, and surface blockers before they turn into delays.

Responsabilities

  • Own and continuously optimize the Kanban system across workstreams: backlog health, WIP limits, queue management, cycle time, and throughput.

  • Proactively identify and remove blockers; escalate impediments with urgency and drive resolution.

  • Maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog in partnership with Product and key stakeholders.

  • Drive on-time delivery against committed dates with zero tolerance for silent slippage.

  • Define and enforce Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) standards.

  • Ensure consistent team usage of agentic AI workflows that automate task tracking, status updates, sprint hygiene, and reporting.

  • Leverage agentic tooling to manage and communicate the Azure DevOps (ADO) backlog and delivery schedule to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Identify high-friction manual processes and build agent-driven solutions to replace them.

  • Deliver measurable automation outcomes (e.g., reduced time spent on reporting and follow-ups).

  • Hold the team accountable to delivery commitments— dates set by the team are firm.

  • Manage individual performance through clear objectives, regular 1:1s, and ongoing feedback cycles.

  • Partner with Engineering leadership on headcount planning, hiring, and team structure.

  • Remove organizational obstacles that negatively impact team velocity and quality.

  • Own team-level OKRs and report progress transparently to leadership.

  • Facilitate daily standups, planning sessions, and retrospectives with active engagement—ensuring each team member leaves with next steps, expected outcomes, and blockers clearly stated (not passive status reporting).

  • Coach team members on Kanban principles, flow efficiency, and continuous improvement.

  • Shield the team from unplanned interruptions while maintaining stakeholder alignment.

  • Challenge the team to maintain the quality, delivery dates, and velocity they committed to.

  • Require active participation from all team members in sprint/flow activities.

  • Champion process improvements raised in retros and drive them through completion.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in engineering delivery roles (Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, Engineering Manager, or equivalent).

  • Deep fluency in Kanban and flow metrics ( cycle time, lead time, CFDs).

  • Hands-on experience with agentic AI tools, LLM-based automation, or prompt engineering in a delivery/scrum context—with a proven track record of driving team-wide adoption, not just personal use.

  • Strong proficiency with delivery/project tooling— Azure DevOps (ADO).

  • Demonstrated ability to lead without direct authority and influence cross-functional teams (including Tech Leads and QA), ensuring accountability is shared—not absorbed.

  • Direct, proactive communicator who escalates early, surfaces risks without spin, and informs leadership before issues become surprises—always with a mitigation plan in motion.

  • Strong ownership mindset across time zones/off-hours; does not allow a Friday blocker on a Monday deadline to go unaddressed over the weekend.

  • Treats Definition of Done as a true gate—enforces pre-delivery verification rather than discovering gaps in production or during war rooms.

  • Comfortable operating at the intersection of process discipline and people coaching—knows when to tighten the system and when to develop the person.

Product Data Platform Lead at Jump

Leads data platform strategy and execution, builds scalable multi-tenant infrastructure, and partners with AI/engineering teams to transform raw data into actionable insights for sports clients.

Lead Remote Posted about 7 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Description

Jump is transforming the live sports experience with the only end-to-end fan engagement platform built specifically for sports teams and venues. By focusing on aligned incentives between teams and fans, our platform unifies ticketing, merchandise, and game day operations - creating a smoother, more fan-friendly experience.

Founded in 2021 by e-commerce innovator Marc Lore, MLB legend Alex Rodriguez, and entrepreneur Jordy Leiser, we’ve raised $60 million from top investors including Alexis Ohanian’s Seven Seven Six and Forerunner Ventures. Our platform powers teams across the NBA, WNBA, and NWSL helping them boost ticket sales and deliver innovative fan experiences.

We’re a remote-first team driven by core values - begin and build with trust, play like the underdog, win as a team, and do your thing. If you’re collaborative, adaptable, and eager to shape the future of live sports, Jump is the place for you.

The Role

Jump’s data platform is at an inflection point. What started as an internal capability now powers the analytics and insights our clients rely on every day. We’re turning it into a full product: scalable, multi-tenant data infrastructure, an expanding library of integrations pulling from a growing set of first- and third-party data sources, and an AI intelligence layer that transforms raw data into actionable decisions.

As Data Platform Lead, you’ll own the vision and execution of that platform. You’ll lead and grow our data engineering team, partner closely with our AI engineer to shape how agents and LLMs consume and act on our data, and work across Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams to build something that scales — not a series of one-off implementations. The platform you build here will become core infrastructure for how our clients run their business.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the data platform strategy end-to-end — from ingestion architecture and scalable, multi-tenant data infrastructure to transformation pipelines, a modern BI layer, and how the platform grows as we add clients and data sources.

  • Drive the AI-on-data layer. Partner with our AI engineer to define how agents and LLMs access, query, and act on platform data — semantic models, retrieval patterns, and in-warehouse AI primitives.

  • Build and productize our integrations motion — ingesting data from a growing set of first- and third-party sources. Turn what today requires custom work into a repeatable, operable pattern.

  • Lead and develop our data engineering team. You’ll manage directly, set technical direction, and raise the bar on quality — starting with a tight-knit team with room to grow.

  • Define the engineering standards for the data org — CI/CD, testing, infra-as-code, data lineage, governance, and observability — so the platform scales without fragility.

  • Be a strong hands-on presence on the warehouse and transformation layer — fluent enough in Snowflake to contribute meaningfully alongside the team, not just oversee it.

  • Partner with go-to-market teams to define what great looks like for client onboarding and data delivery, and drive engineering execution against that bar.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years in data engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role — you have a proven track record of managing and developing engineers

  • Strong people management instincts: clear communicator, good at developing talent, comfortable giving direct feedback, and able to build a high-performance culture even with a small team.

  • Hands-on experience with a modern cloud data warehouse and transformation stack — Snowflake + dbt strongly preferred; Redshift, Databricks, or BigQuery with a fast ramp is acceptable.

  • Proven experience building AI on top of structured data — semantic layers, agent/LLM access patterns to warehouses, or retrieval-augmented generation.

  • Deep expertise in data ingestion at scale — you’ve built or owned the systems that pull from many disparate sources into a warehouse. You know when to use an off-the-shelf connector, when to build, and how to make either one operable at scale.

  • Experience building and shipping a productized, multi-tenant data offering — client isolation, onboarding flows, SLAs, and ongoing support. You think in products, not projects.

  • Solid engineering fundamentals: version control, code review, CI/CD, infra-as-code — and a bias toward standards that teams can repeat, not heroics that only you can maintain.

Nice to Haves

  • Direct Snowflake + dbt experience, and familiarity with advanced in-warehouse AI capabilities and agent-accessible data patterns.

  • ML or MLOps experience — feature stores, training pipelines, model evaluation — and a track record of building tools that extract measurable value from data.

  • AWS fluency — we run on AWS, and comfort with IAM, S3, Lambda, and Glue is a plus.

  • Experience with modern BI tooling and self-serve analytics delivery.

  • Background in sports, live events, or time-series data; experience with EU data residency, GDPR, or multi-region warehouse patterns.

Attributes that will make you successful on our team

  • A strong desire to learn. You continually look for ways to build your skills.

  • Tenacity. You enjoy working on challenges that others can’t or don’t want to tackle and you aren’t afraid of failing fast in order to find better solutions.

  • Passion. You love using your technical skills to build products that solve real problems. You hold yourself to a high standard and help to elevate others as well.

  • Empathy. You thrive in an environment where everyone can truly be themselves. You understand that our differing life experiences influence who we are and how we show up, and these diverse perspectives enrich both our team and our product.

  • Customer-centric mindset. You can understand the problem to be solved and who we are solving it for.

  • Innovation: Passion for exploring and implementing AI technologies to enhance automation, optimize workflows, and drive innovation

Benefits

  • Remote first

  • Competitive salary and equity

  • Flex PTO policy

  • 401(k)

  • Generous medical, dental and vision plans

  • 16 weeks paid parental leave for primary and secondary caregivers

  • $1,000 reimbursement for work-from-home tech setup

  • Company-paid sustainability subscription to ensure carbon neutrality is maintained for employee activities, such as travel

Compensation

Compensation is something we don’t want our candidates or employees to worry about. Our goal is to offer competitive salaries that are regularly benchmarked against the market. The core tenets of our compensation philosophy are fairness and transparency.

We have established a standardized leveling framework based on job scope and responsibilities. The compensation package for each level is standard across all engineering roles. This means that every person at a certain level is paid the same as everyone else, regardless of their background, previous compensation, location, or any other factor.

The compensation for this role is $210,000 and includes a generous equity package.

Application

Some candidates may see the requirements and feel unsure that they match all the criteria. We encourage you to apply! There’s a good chance you have important skills that we have not stated. We especially encourage members of traditionally underrepresented communities to apply, including women, nonbinary folx, people of color, members of the LGBTQ community, veterans, and people with disabilities. We’re committed to building an inclusive workplace where everyone can bring their authentic self and thrive, and we value the diversity brought by different life experiences.

Project Management Chief of Staff at Setpoint

Chief of Staff partners directly with CEO to drive strategic initiatives, manage executive operations, and ensure company-wide execution of key decisions.

Lead Posted about 7 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About the role

Behind many of life’s most important transactions, buying a house, applying for a mortgage, getting a small business loan, or refinancing a credit card, is a network of credit relationships. Setpoint provides critical infrastructure for relationships between the world’s largest banks, credit funds, and capital markets counterparties. We’re building trust in this system of credit.

We are looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with our founding CEO. In this position, you will be the CEO’s right hand: half strategic partner, half operational executor. You will own the rhythm of how the company runs at the executive level, drive the projects that matter most to the CEO but that he cannot execute alone, and make sure decisions turn into outcomes. You will sit in on almost everything the CEO does and have a seat at the table for the company’s most important conversations. The right person uses this role as a launchpad. Two to three years in, we want you running a function, a business unit, or a major company initiative.

Who will love this job

  • An entrepreneurial operator: You have an ownership mindset and treat every problem as if the company is yours.
  • A force multiplier: You make the people around you, especially the CEO, dramatically more effective.
  • Highly organized: You bring structure to chaos and never let things slip through the cracks.
  • A clear and concise communicator: You write tight memos, run sharp meetings, and explain complex ideas simply.
  • A capital markets thinker: You can hold your own in conversations about credit, securitization, and lending economics.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity: You have a strong bias to action and would rather ship a v1 today than a v3 next month.

What you’ll do

  • Run the CEO’s operating cadence: staff meetings, weekly business reviews, exec offsites, and quarterly and annual planning.
  • Drive 2 to 4 high-priority strategic initiatives at any given time. These are projects the CEO owns but cannot personally execute, ranging from a new pricing motion to a key partnership to a leadership hire.
  • Build and maintain the company’s goal-setting and tracking: OKRs, KPIs, and the dashboards that tell us whether we are on track.
  • Sit in on key meetings, capture decisions, and drive follow-through across the exec team. If something is stuck, you unblock it.
  • Lead internal communications: all-hands, founder updates, and the narrative we tell employees, candidates, and the market.
  • Triage the CEO’s inbox, calendar, and attention. Decide what hits his desk and what does not.
  • Step in as the acting owner of any function or workstream that needs leadership while we hire.

You should have

  • 5 to 8 years of experience, with a strong preference for an ex-consulting (MBB) or ex-banking / PE associate background. Operating experience at a high-growth startup is a plus on top of that foundation.
  • Fintech, ABS, or capital markets understanding. You can build and read a financial model and own board-quality materials without hand-holding.
  • Exceptional writing and synthesis. You can take a 90-minute meeting and produce a one-page memo that makes the right decision obvious.
  • Track record of owning projects end to end in ambiguous environments.
  • Discretion. You will be in the room for comp, fundraising, and personnel conversations.
  • Low ego. You are happy doing $300/hour work and $30/hour work in the same afternoon.
  • Prior Chief of Staff, BizOps, or Strategy & Operations experience at a venture-backed company is a plus.

About Setpoint

Setpoint provides purpose-built capital and technology to asset-backed borrowers and lenders. Our platform is the funding operating system for originators: it verifies and stores documents; automates critical calculations and compliance reporting; and digitizes assets like homes or cars. Setpoint’s technology makes warehouse transactions instant and error free.

In August 2024, Setpoint announced the successful completion of its $31 million Series B funding round. 645 Ventures led the round, with significant strategic investments from Citi and Wells Fargo, alongside Andreessen Horowitz, NextView Ventures, Floating Point, Henry Kravis, Zillow founder’s 75 & Sunny, Vesta Ventures, Fifth Wall, Eltura Ventures, and Outrunner Capital.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes competitive salaries, stock options, medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), short term and long term disability coverage, and flexible vacation. We have offices in Austin, TX, New York City, NY, and Salt Lake City, UT with hybrid roles based in these locations and an expectation of two days a week in office (Tuesdays and Thursdays).

Compensation: $150,000 - $170,000 OTE dependent on multiple factors, which may include the candidate’s skills, experience, location, and other qualifications. This role also includes meaningful equity.

Setpoint provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.

  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards and systems (e.g., HL7, FHIR, EHR/EMR platforms, claims data).
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and a track record of driving team adoption of new tooling.
  • Experience with Agile delivery models (Scrum and/or Kanban) and coaching teams on delivery discipline.

What this role involves

Description

Ferryscanner is an online search and booking engine that helps people find affordable ferry tickets to exciting destinations around the world. Since 2018, we have been simplifying the ferry booking process by offering ferry tickets for more than 900 destinations across the globe in 25 languages. Our company culture is based on five core values: Ownership, Trust & Respect, Constant Improvement, Customer Obsession, and Being Bold. The Ferryscanner team is made up of people who love travel, thrive in fast-paced environments, and continuously seek practical and innovative solutions.

At Ferryscanner, content is more than marketing copy — it is a core part of the product experience. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Head of Content to lead that experience and shape how travelers discover, understand, and navigate our platform across every stage of their journey.

As Head of Content, you will define and lead Ferryscanner’s content strategy across product surfaces, landing pages, organic growth channels, and customer touchpoints. You will own the content layer that shapes how users discover, understand, and engage with Ferryscanner – from search engines and AI-powered assistants to on-site experiences and conversion-critical pages. You will ensure that content across our platform is clear, engaging, and useful, while being strategically optimized for both traditional search (SEO) and emerging AI-driven discovery surfaces (LLMs, generative search, answer engines). Your work will directly impact organic acquisition, user experience, and brand authority in the ferry travel space.

You will report to our Marketing Director and partner closely with Product Teams in Design and Frontend, while leading and mentoring a team of Content Specialists, SEO Experts and UX writers.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute Ferryscanner’s overall content strategy across the product ensuring consistency, quality, and measurable impact on organic growth, user experience and conversion

  • Lead, mentor, and grow the content team (UX Writers, SEO Specialist, Content Specialists), and oversee external contributors and freelancers

  • Set the editorial vision, voice, and content standards across all surfaces — from product pages and landing pages to blog, help center, and AI-discoverable assets

  • Build and maintain a content roadmap aligned with business priorities, SEO opportunities, and product launches, balancing long-term brand building with short-term performance goals

  • Lead content optimization for both traditional search (SEO) and AI-driven discovery (LLMs, generative search, answer engines), positioning Ferryscanner as a trusted source in ferry travel

  • Own the performance of content as a growth channel — defining KPIs, tracking impact across the funnel, and iterating based on data and user insights

  • Own and drive Ferryscanner’s content SEO strategy to improve organic visibility, traffic, and performance

  • Partner closely with Product, SEO, Growth, Design, and Brand teams to embed content thinking into product development, UX flows, and key customer journeys

  • Champion AI-assisted content workflows to scale production while maintaining quality and brand consistency

  • Ensure all content is localized and culturally relevant across Ferryscanner’s key markets, working with regional teams and translators as needed

Requirements

Qualifications, skills & knowledge

  • Proven experience leading content strategy and teams in a senior content leadership role, ideally within a product-led, consumer-facing, or marketplace/travel business

  • Strong understanding of product content, UX writing principles, with a track record of shaping content that improves clarity, conversion, and customer experience across digital products

  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in both Greek and English, with the ability to adapt tone and voice across product, marketing, and editorial contexts

  • Solid understanding of SEO  and content-led organic growth, including on-page optimization, keyword strategy, content architecture, and internal linking at scale

  • Familiarity with AI-driven discovery and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) — understanding how LLMs, AI assistants, and answer engines surface content, and how to optimize for them

  • Hands- on experience building and optimizing landing pages that drive measurable organic traffic and conversion

  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with Product, Design, Engineering, SEO, and Marketing teams

  • Experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing content teams, including writers, editors, and content strategists

  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools and modern content workflows to scale production without compromising quality, originality, or brand voice

  •  Strong analytical mindset — fluent in CMS platforms, analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Looker), and SEO tools (e.g. Ahrefs, Semrush, Search Console), with the ability to translate data into content decisions.

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and timelines effectively

  • Bonus: Experience in travel, transportation, marketplaces, or other high-intent search categories

Key competencies

  • Ownership mentality — takes end-to-end accountability for outcomes, not just outputs, and drives initiatives forward without waiting for direction

  • Strategic thinking with executional bias — comfortable zooming out to set direction and zooming in to ship the work

  • Cross-functional collaboration — builds trusted relationships across Product, Design, Engineering, SEO, and Marketing, and communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Strong leadership and people development— inspires, mentors, and grows teams; sets a high bar while creating space for others to do their best work

  • Data-driven mindset — uses data to inform decisions, measure impact, and continuously improve, while balancing quantitative insight with editorial judgment

  • Excellent project management and prioritization — manages complexity, multiple workstreams, and competing priorities without losing momentum or quality

  • Creative thinker with sharp attention to detail — balances big-picture ideas with the editorial precision that distinguishes great content from average content

  • Adaptability and growth mindset — thrives in a fast-moving environment, embraces change (including the shift toward AI-driven content workflows), and is committed to continuous learning

  • Bias for clarity — believes that great content, like great products, is built on simplicity, precision, and respect for the user’s time

We offer

  • Opportunity to shape and scale Ferryscanner’s content function at a pivotal stage of growth

  • High-impact role with direct influence on product experience, organic growth, and brand visibility

  • Collaborative, cross-functional environment spanning Product, Design, Engineering, SEO, and Marketing

  • International team, continuous learning, and exposure to cutting-edge technologies

  • Hybrid working model and additional annual leave days
